I have lived in Rivington for 10+ years and have my daughter part-time. I am also a professional consultant in my real job as I ease into retirement. I was born and raised in Tampa, Florida and have been in the Northeast 20+ years. As a Woodlands homeowner, I have had to fix a number of minor items myself and rather enjoy it. Like most of us, I have not had serious repairs needed but things break, leak, or need touching up every now.
